Pain Free* Dental Implants
Natural looking alternatives to replace your missing teeth
Eat the food you love again! Hampshire Dentists in Southampton City Centre are passionate about providing a fully personalised service and restoring, not only the teeth of our patients but their confidence in their appearance.
Dental implants serve as artificial roots, placed into your mouth, that support fixed or removable tooth replacements. Implants can be used when one tooth or several teeth are missing, or when the whole jaw is completely without teeth.
Dental crowns and bridges are then produced as your replacement teeth. They are individually designed to look and feel like your natural teeth. These crowns and bridges are then placed onto the tooth implant, to create a fantastic new smile.

Single teeth implants
Dental implants are now proven to be the most successful and beneficial way of replacing a single tooth, several teeth or a full set of missing teeth. They are strong, realistic and permanent, providing an improved appearance and the ability to eat what you want.
A dental implant is a tiny titanium post that is gently placed into your mouth. Over time the bone grows around and bonds with the titanium to provide a secure base for a tooth, providing a strong, stable and durable false tooth root.
Multiple teeth implants
Whether you have lost multiple teeth through illness, an accident or you simply have poor teeth, multiple dental implants can be placed with a permanent fixed bridge. This firm prosthesis will ensure that you can eat and chew whatever you like, without any worries.
The latest techniques combined with modern materials mean we can provide replacements for missing teeth that look realistic and function well. We can use implants, bridgework, dentures or a combination of techniques to give you a smile that you can be proud of.

Implants have been reported to last over 40 years…. but inevitably it comes down to how well you maintain your oral hygiene. If you look after your teeth and keep up with your hygiene appointments at the practice, your implant will last you a very long time.
That all sounds great but how much does it cost?
