I lost a filling over the bank holiday weekend (typical timing 😅), called first thing Tuesday, and they got me in the very next day – which I was so grateful for.Every single member of staff is genuinely lovely. My son put me on to Rob Hanna at Hampshire Dentist when I couldn’t make my mind up about going ahead with implants. He told me Rob is the best and that I wouldn’t regret it. He was absolutely right! From the moment I walked into reception I was put at ease and made to feel welcome by the lovely friendly receptionists. Rob and his dental assistant are so calming and explain every procedure so you know exactly what’s going to happen. Wow, where do I start! Natalie, you literally helped me change my life when I called in an anxious state. You took so much time and care to just talk to me. That time was invaluable and I can not thank you enough. I knew I’d get a nice welcome but didn’t expect every single person I then came across to be so understanding and nice. Natalie and Zarnab are the first lovely faces you see and immediately put you at ease with the most wonderful welcome. Definitely the best check up I’ve ever had. Had a few issues bugging me for a while and my usual dentist wasn’t particularly helpful so decided to pay a bit more and go somewhere else and I’m super glad I chose Hampshire Dentist. For years I have stayed with Hampshire dentists for the sheer fact they have the most pleasant staff and establishment. Going private for dental ye sis not cheap, but I have had more positive outcomes from private care with Hampshire then I ever have with NHS dentists. Be sure to be pleasant to the receptionists both ladies are the reason I never get bored in the waiting room and why calling them is never an issue.

She’s absolutely lovely, so warm, gentle, and professional the cleaning left my teeth feeling super fresh and spotless, and the whitening made such a difference. Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. After meeting Dr. Andreas in person, I decided to book an appointment with them. I had an issue with one of my teeth and was given the option of getting a crown or a filling. Dr. Andreas explained everything clearly and gave me advice on which option to choose. I opted for the filling and the receptionist scheduled my appointment for the following week. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The tooth required a lot of grinding before the filling, leaving only one third of it remaining, so I know it was a difficult job. Nevertheless, Dr. Andreas and their team did an exceptional job. I would undoubtedly recommend their services, and I give them a 5-star rating without hesitation. Robin and Marius and the team of nurses, assistants, hygienists and back office staff are always friendly and helpful.But dental practice needs to be more than just friendly: they have invested in the latest technology and it is apparent on every visit how that technology is being used to the max for the benefit of every customer.I skipped going to the dentist for several decades because of a horrible experience in Birmingham in my 20s, but Hampshire Dentists restored my faith in dentistry - they pride themselves on a pain-free experience and that's what they deliver. I can't imagine going anywhere else to be honest.

I used to be afraid of going to the Dentist but over the years I have found it much easier. I always see Rob and he is very good at his job because I can't remember him ever hurting me, so I'm pleased to say I now don't mind going to the Dentist.Also great customer support (First Class service)

Rob is a fantastic dentist, I always feel very comfortable whenever I visit him. Always provides clear explanations and a calm, relaxed environment - no feeling of being rushed. The nurses are great too. The reception team are always very helpful and welcoming. Charlotte is a great hygienist, always does a great job and is very gentle too. I couldn’t recommend Hampshire Dentist enough. If you’re a little anxious about going to the dentist, then Hampshire Dentists is definitely worth considering.

Always excellent and friendly staff. My dentist, Marius is so good, as are his assistants, and think could put the most nervous patient at their ease. He was there for me in an emergency today when he fixed an old crown that had suddenly come adrift the previous evening, and I’m due to go on holiday! I’m now planning on having it replaced when I return, and it’s going to be less expensive than I thought! Also a word about the Dental Hygiene team - again super, and with all the latest equipment. Excellent all round.

This was (besides an emergency appointment for an abcess a couple of years ago) my first dental experience in 25 years. I am so pleased I chose Hampshire dentists. All contact over phone, email and face to face has been not only great customer service, but warm and friendly also. Technology has come on in dentistry 10 fold since I last went, and made the appointment much quicker than imagined. After a scan and xray, I am now just awaiting a treatment plan so I can start the steps to getting my teeth in better shape. Thank you to Rob, the lovely dental nurse and receptionist.
