Lead Nurse
Full time role, Monday to Friday
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and hardworking team.
This role blends hands-on nursing duties with key management responsibilities to keep our practice running smoothly and efficiently. As the Lead Nurse, you will guide and support the nursing team, setting exemplary standards in dental care and serving as a model of clinical excellence. You will oversee, coordinate, and delegate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to streamline operations and make the best use of surgery time. Additionally, you will ensure the nursing team’s adherence to Hampshire Dentists’ policies, with a strong emphasis on patient care, clinical compliance, and strict cross-infection protocols.
The ideal candidate is a conscientious, organised team player who consistently strives for excellence and is dedicated to upholding the highest standards within their role and the practice.

Practice host
Full time role, Monday to Friday
We are also looking for a dynamic, patient-focused Practice Host who can confidently engage with both new and existing patients, helping to drive our practice forward and ensure a smooth, seamless patient journey from start to finish.
As part of our front-of-house team, you play a crucial role in creating a high-quality experience for all patients. As a Practice Host, you will often be the first point of contact, welcoming patients with a warm, friendly demeanour. You will ensure that every patient’s experience runs smoothly by coordinating the next steps, managing appointments, handling enquiries and addressing any issues that arise.
Ideal qualities include strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication and administrative abilities. Proactivity, organisation and a caring nature are essential to support patients at each step.

Treatment Coordinator

Could you be our next Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they feel fully supported and informed at every step.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll work closely with clinicians to facilitate patient care, ensuring that treatment plans are well-organised and clearly communicated. You will support patients in understanding clinical recommendations, guide them through treatment options, and address any questions about procedures, timelines, and follow-up care. By managing appointments and coordinating care, you’ll help deliver a smooth and reassuring experience, reinforcing trust and confidence in their clinical journey.
