What do we mean by “pain free”?

To calculate our “pain free” percentage, we include only the responses where patients answered “Yes” to the question: “Was your treatment pain free?”These responses directly reflect a positive experience.

Responses marked as “No” or “Neutral” are excluded from this percentage, as they do not affirm a clearly pain-free experience.
